The end-times of the outage, in particular, are nearly identical across most major networks. This level of synchronization suggests that networks were able to plan and execute the enforcement and relaxation of this shutdown. Like clockwork, access to the internet has been shut down completely on a national level every night (for around 8 hours) between 01:00 to 09:00 local time (which corresponds to 18:30 UTC to 02:30 UTC).
