3.3 Obligations of Recipient Country
In addition to the undertakings mentioned in Annex 4 “Major Undertakings to be
taken by the government of Myanmar” attached to M/D, CBM is requested to decide
for the following points. All items listed below which are explained and confirmed
with M/D exchanged in Dec. 2017, is critical for completion of this project and all
arrangement will be precondition of this project execution.
(1) Application (CBM-NET software)
(A) Any Costs related to the payment for technical support for application &
infrastructure after the go-live
According to 3.4.2.1, any of these costs shall be borne by CBM.
(B) Any Costs related to the maintenance of the application after the period of (2)(B)
below (5 years after purchase of hardware and equipment)
According to 3.4.2.1, any of these costs shall be borne by CBM.
(C) Any Costs for changes and addition of specification after the definition of system
requirements for the system
The system definition will be discussed and defined within the scope of this
