Involvement and endorsements
FEM would like to thank all those who were involved in
developing these reform options. The options were first
developed by the Decriminalising Defamation Advocacy
Group in Bago in 2018. In 2019 and 2020 they have been
strengthened and clarified in multiple consultations, tested
with lawyers, and discussed at length with union MPs.
