Freedom of expression is violated and oppressed at every facet. 5.1 Deterring to hinder freedom of expression Significant Cases 5.1.1 Karenni National Youth Conference barred The Karenni National Youth Conference that was scheduled to be held from August 20 to 28, 2018 by Karenni National Youth Association, in the meeting hall of a Baptist Church in Zay Paing quarter, Shardaw township, Loikaw district, Kayah State, was barred.
