This process shall include a review of the cause of the issue, the scope of its impact, whether and to what extent the organization bears responsibility, relevant legal frameworks, and the need for legal action. ④ Where necessary, the organization shall provide public notice of the incident in an appropriate manner. Such notice may include the nature and cause of the issue, the affected parties, the organization’s response measures, and steps taken to prevent recurrence. ⑤ Where necessary, the organization shall issue an apology to affected parties in an appropriate manner. The apology may include an explanation of the issue and its causes, the organization’s response measures, remedies or compensation for harm, and measures to prevent recurrence. ⑥ Measures to prevent recurrence shall be established and, where appropriate, reflected in this policy. ⑦ The AI Officer shall document all information and processes related to the incident. 6) AI Officer and Oversight ① To ensure the responsible use and oversight of AI within the organization, an AI Officer shall be designated.
