Myanmar has again been in the midst of a near-total internet shutdown as of 1 a.m. local time,
Tuesday 16 February 2021. Network data showed connectivity at around 15% of ordinary levels for a
second night as concerns have grown over public safety following the military coup, with
connectivity returning as of 9 a.m.:
