က=လသမဂa၏ စMဆက်မြပတ်ဖံ_ွ 8ဖိ-း တိး= တက်မ;ရည်မ+န်းချက်ပန်းတိ=င် ၁၆.၁၀ အငတ်ေဘးြပဿနာ၊ ကျန်းမာေရး*+င ့် ပညာေရးကဲ့သေသာ ိB ့ အေiကာင်း အရာများ*+ငသ ် ည့် SDGs ရည်မ+န်းချက်ပန်းတိBင ် ၁၇ ခBE+ိသည်။ ့် က်ဆိBငသ SDG ပန်းတိBငန ် ပ ံ ါတ် ၁၆ တွင ် Qငိမ်းချမ်းေရး၊ တရားမgတမG*င + ့် အစိBးရ၏တာဝန်ခံမGများအကျံ-းဝင်Qပီး RTI သည် လိBအပ်ချက်တစ်ရပ်အ ေနြဖင့် ပါဝင်သည်။ SDG တစ်ခBချင်းစီတွင ် ြပည့်မီေအာင် အေကာင်အထည်ေဖာ်ေဆာင်ရွက် ရမည့်အရာများကိB *ိင B င ် မ ံ ျားအတွက် တိတိကျကျေဖာ်ြပထားသည်။ SDG ၁၆ တွင ် အေကာင်အထည်ေဖာ်ေဆာင်ရွက်ရမည့်အချက်(Target) ၁၂ ခB ပါဝင်သည်။ SDG ၁၆ ၏ နံပါတ် ၁၀ အချက်မ+ာ “အများြပည်သ9 များ သတင်းအချက်အလက်ရE+ိရန်ေဆာင်ရွက်ေသချာေစေရး” ြဖစ် သည်။ ယင်းကိB “SDG ၁၆.၁၀” ဟB သိiကသည်။ *ိင B င ် အ ံ လိBက်သတ်မ+တ်ရည်မ+န်းချက် (Target) ြပည့်မီြခင်းE+ိ၊ မE+ိ တိBငး် တာရန် ကBလသမဂJက ေအာင်ြမင်မGíÑနး် ကိန်းများကိBလည်း ြပÖာန်းထား သည်။ SDG ၁၆.၁၀ တွင ် íÑန်းကိနး် *+စ်ခBပါဝင်သည်။ ဒBတိယíÑနး် ကိနး် မ+ာ *ိင B င ် မ ံ ျားအေနြဖင့် အများအြပည်သ9 သတင်းအချက်အလက်ရE+ိေရး အတွက်အာမခံချက်များကိB အေကာင်အထည်ေဖာ်လက်ခံကျင့်သံBးြခင်း E+ိ၊ မE+ိ ြဖစ်သည်။ ယင်းကိB အများအားြဖင့် “SDG íÑန်းကိန်း ၁၆.၁၀.၂” ဟB သိiကသည်။ အစိBးရအေနြဖင့် *ိင B င ် ံတကာစံíÑန်းများ*+င ့်အညီ အများြပည်သ9သတင်း အချက်အလက်ရေရးအတွက် တရားဥပေဒေiကာင်းအရ အာမခံချက် များ E+ိ၊ မE+ိကိBလည်းေကာင်း၊ အာမခံချက်များကိB အေကာင်အထည်ေဖာ် ြခင်း E+ိ၊ မE+ိကိBလည်းေကာင်း SDG íÑန်းကိန်း ၁၆.၁၀.၂ြဖင့တ ် ိBငး် တာရန် ကBလသမဂJက သတ်မ+တ်ထားသည်။ ကBလသမဂJက သတ်မ+တ်ထား UN Sustainable Development Goal 16.10 There are 17 inter-connected SDGs on topics such as hunger, health, and education. SDG number 16 covers peace, justice, and government accountability, and is the goal that includes a requirement for RTI. Each SDG includes specific targets for countries to reach. SDG 16 includes 12 such targets. SDG 16 Target 10 is to “ensure public access to information”. It is commonly known as “SDG 16.10”. The UN also created indicators of success to measure whether countries meet the targets. SDG 16.10 includes two indicators. The second indicator is whether or not countries “adopt and implement guarantees for public access to information”. It is commonly known as “SDG Indicator 16.10.2”. The UN has stated that SDG Indicator 16.10.2 measures whether the government has legal guarantees for public access to information following international standards, and whether the government is implementing the guarantees. The UN defines implementation as government efforts to publicly promote RTI; public awareness of RTI; and the government’s capacity to provide information upon request by the public.
