7) Policy Review and Amendment ① In light of the rapid development of AI technologies, this policy shall be reviewed and updated whenever deemed necessary by the AI Officer, and in any case at least once per year. ② The impacts of AI on the organization shall be assessed on a regular basis. ③ All members of the organization shall be given the opportunity to participate in discussions concerning this policy.
