These cases confirm a direct and complete link between online incitements and on-ground violence. Despite efforts to contact the Telegram channels responsible for incitements to inquire about their reasons for spreading such messages, DVB Fact Check received no responses. Additionally, incitements to violence on Telegram contravene the platform's policies. DVB Fact Check has contacted Telegram twice to inquire about potential actions, but no response has been received. On September 9, The New York Times reported that Telegram has become a platform frequented by criminals, radicals, and terrorists, highlighting the spread of illegal and extremist activities.
