Therefore, all the actions associated with digital security are essential to enabling e-commerce adoption and use. 3.5 Digital Skills and Inclusion Digital skills are essential for the development, adoption and use of e-commerce. Therefore, all the actions associated with digital skills and inclusion are essential to e-commerce. The Digital Community Centres in states and regions could be the physical embodiment of the Ecommerce Hubs. 3.6 6.1/6.2 Digital Innovation Action 6.2.3: Create economic conditions which can persuade the international investment and technology companies to invest in Myanmar. E-commerce needs to be included in the marketing of Myanmar for foreign direct investment. 63
