The service will enable a coordinated supply of goods and services for countering the COVID-19 pandemic. Such coordination should lead to more efficient and timely delivery of goods to individual user organisations and sites. There would still be a need for sourcing goods and contracting with suppliers, but a change in those areas may require a fundamental change in the method of working by suppliers and procurement executives and would therefore be left until a stable environment is achieved.
