The survey found that the increase in mobile and broadband data prices interfered with the online learning efforts of 77.71% of the respondents. 76.57% of respondents said the same about electricity shortages. 67.43% of respondents faced difficulties because of their tight schedules - the only significant challenge in accessing online learning opportunities that is not related to digital repression. 60.57% of respondents struggled with the instability of internet connection and 34.86% faced internet shutdowns. Overall, 95% of women faced some sort of difficulty in accessing online learning. While these results emerged in the context of education after the coup, they reflect the challenges faced in accessing most online services and activities in Myanmar. 56
