BSR | Human Rights Impact Assessment: Facebook in Myanmar 22 4.3 TRANSPARENCY The Facebook Transparency Report65 is published every six months to provide data and insights into how Facebook’s various policies are enforced. This includes a Community Standards Enforcement Report,66 an Intellectual Property Report,67 Government Requests for User Data,68 Content Restrictions Based on Local Law,69 and Internet Disruptions.70 The data are segmented by country for all reports except the Community Standards Enforcement Report, where methodologies are still under development. The Community Standards Enforcement Report was published for the first time in 2018 and includes global-level processes and metrics for Graphic Violence, Adult Nudity and Sexual Activity, Terrorist Propaganda, Hate Speech, Spam, and Fake Accounts.
