business models and grab opportunities. Efforts should be made to bring knowledge and skills to masses, through programmes addressing different groups, before
they can be mainstreamed in the education and vocational systems. Programmes targeting the youths, women entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs outside Yangon
should be prioritized, with co-funding of PPP options.
