The service will enable a coordinated supply of goods and services for countering the COVID-19 pandemic. Such coordination should lead to more efficient and timely delivery of goods to individual user organisations and sites. There would still be a need for sourcing goods and contracting with suppliers, but a change in those areas may require a fundamental change in the method of working by suppliers and procurement executives and would therefore be left until a stable environment is achieved. As experience with the system grows, the system would be extended to multiple sets of terms and conditions tied to individual combinations of buying organisations and suppliers.
