The E-commerce Strategy Implementation Unit
will agree performance indicators with the focal
points for each measure. Data associated with these
performance indicators will be collected at a
frequency agreed with the focal point. The data will
be used for progress reporting to the National Ecommerce Committee.

Institute a bi-annual survey of e-commerce and epayment service adoption and use.
The E-commerce Strategy Implementation Unit and
the Myanmar Statistical Information Service will
establish a monitoring and reporting system related
to the key performance indicators specified in

survey will be undertaken to provide base line data
and further surveys will be undertaken annually or
biannually to determine progress. A statistical base
is needed to monitor progress in e-commerce
adoption and use. Consumers and businesses will be
surveyed to determine the degree to which they use
e-commerce to buy products and services and, for
businesses to sell products and services.
