Priority Humanitarian Needs Emergency food and clean drinking water for households in relief/IDP camps — especially Taze and Depayin (Sagaing) and Lemyethna/Yekyi (Ayeyarwady), where tens of thousands are currently sheltered. Medicine and basic health care, including for waterborne disease risk as floodwaters recede in Sagaing and Ayeyarwady. Medicine for diarrhea and dysentery outbreaks reported in flooded displacement camps. Temporary shelter materials (tarpaulins, tents) and household items for an estimated 46,000+ affected households. Boats, fuel and rescue equipment for villages still cut off along the Mu and Ngawun Rivers. Rescue access to eastern-bank Myinmu villages, where relief delivery has been limited by transport and river conditions. Livestock fodder and agricultural recovery support, given extensive crop loss (paddy, corn, beans, vegetables) reported in Myinmu and Sagaing Townships. 04
