Dr. Surachanee Sriyai Dr. Surachanee "Hammerli" Sriyai is a Visiting Fellow of the Media, Technology and Society Programme at ISEAS – Yusof Ishak Institute, where she writes about digital politics in Southeast Asia, especially Thailand and Myanmar. She is also the interim director of the Center for Sustainable Humanitarian Action with Displaced Ethnic Communities (SHADE), a multi-stakeholder platform for cross-border collaboration between Thailand and Myanmar.
