Final Report Chapter 3 Development Status and Problem in ICT Sector obligations would be given to two operators, such that commencement of serviced should be within 9 months from the date of licence and service area should be throughout Myanmar and 75% penetration should be achieved for telephone services in urban area and its surrounding areas within 5 years and 50% for data communication service. Detail conditions of license for these two operators would be settled in accordance with Telecommunication Law and its related regulations such as licensing, interconnection rules as well as numbering rules.
